Meditation

Em: Meditation is the most important tool you can utilize to connect with your God-Self, which is your Higher-Self.

When the Source wanted to experience self-actualization, it sent forth Source souls for  the purpose of experiencing all that it could be. These Source souls sent forth parts of themselves to experience reality collectively. You are all portions of these Source souls, and they are classified as Oversouls.

When you meditate, you are connecting with this portion of your self, which is considered your Higher-Self. Your Higher-Self is an extension of the Source, which many of you refer to as God. God is the grandest Oversoul of all, which is All. Meditation is the avenue that will open your lines of communication with, and awareness of your Higher-Self and Source. Through meditation, you will realize the interconnectedness with All That Is. Meditation will allow you to realize that you are a part of a greater reality and a grander consciousness.

Meditation is a simple process. Find a quiet and secluded place where you can meditate without interruption. Dim the lights and play soft ambient music if it helps to soothe the process. A candle can be lit as well. You can make yourself comfortable in a seated position. Close your eyes and allow yourself to reach a quiet place within yourself. At first, your mind will rid itself of many thoughts that occupy your inner-self as the daily chatter you listen to on a daily basis. Allow these thoughts to be released without entertaining them. After a while, you will notice that they will dissipate and you will reach a quiet place within yourself. At this time, you will acquire a deep sense of inner awareness and connectedness. At this time, your meditation can focus on visualization and affirmations of your choosing. Meditation on a daily basis is a very positive and healing practice.

Make time for meditation every day, and in time and with practice, you will become adept at it. Meditation does not need to be a long drawn out process. If you lead a busy life, make it a habit to spend as little as fifteen minutes a day on this process, and you will begin to feel the benefits in your life. Make room for meditation and you will experience the greater awareness within your life.

Meditation has many benefits. It can calm a nervous mind and it can assist in healing your body and mind. By calming the mind and body through meditation, you can help to alleviate the stresses that affect your organic body. These stresses can attack your organic body and promote illness and disease. Meditation has many beneficial, soothing qualities that assist in de-stressing your body, mind, and soul. Your meditation practice will give you newer clarity into your life and will help you to solve daily issues through this acquired clarity.

Melanie: Meditation will give you an awareness of your interconnectedness with All That Is. When you begin to perceive this interconnectedness, your heart chakra will open and your love for humanity will begin to blossom. By perceiving this interconnectedness, you will realize that everyone is a part of the ocean of consciousness that is your true home. You will perceive your connection to humanity and realize that all sorrow is your sorrow and all happiness is your happiness.

Em: Mankind is destined for a great spiritual awakening of his third eye. Mankind’s evolution is planned, and this plan contains his awakening. As you evolve spiritually, your DNA will activate to generate many subtle senses that currently lie dormant within you. This is your destiny.
